Our Story
UZIWA is a family winery in the heart of Serbia.
We are Russian and Serbian — but our philosophy isn’t 50/50.
It’s 100/100.
A full commitment of love, work, and belief in what we do.
Our story began over a decade ago in Spain, where a deep passion for wine was born — not just as a drink, but as a culture and a way of life. That path led us to Italy, to Sicily, where we lived and worked on family wineries with generational vineyards. There, among soil, sun, and time, we shaped our vision of a winery rooted in authenticity and enjoyment — where in vino veritas is a way of being.
Serbia became the place where everything aligned. We found our home near Mount Goč, on land once cultivated by the Romans. The name UZIWA comes from the Serbian word uživamo — “we enjoy” — reflecting our belief in living fully and truthfully.
UZIWA is about life, honest wine, and moments meant to be shared.
